  2. Prepare Biscuit Dough: Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a large bowl, mix the biscuit pieces with the melted butter, garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes until well coated.
  3. Add Toppings: Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bottom of the pan, then sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the pepperoni on top. Repeat with the remaining biscuit pieces, cheese, and pepperoni.
  4. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the monkey bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Cool and Serve: Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
